Edvisor enables you to search, quote, sell, and book programs and services for your students, as well as manage your students' pipeline. It is the ideal solution for educational agencies or educators who recruit B2C.

Edvisor Distribute allows you to digitize your pricing and showcase your offerings (courses, insurance, accommodation, etc.) on Edvisor, enabling all Edvisor users to access that information and market your products. Additionally, it allows you to track your performance in every market. It is the perfect tool for educators and service providers!
We know each organization in the international education industry is unique and has its own student recruitment needs. Above you can see the features included in the different products and plans to support your needs and to take your operation to the next level.

You can make changes to your plan at any time by upgrading your plan type or adding / removing users. Just contact your account manager and they will be happy to help.

You can also cancel your plan prior to the renewal of your selected subscription i.e. ahead of the next billing cycle.

If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
Sales taxes are not included in the published prices and will be applied to comply with Canadian and Australian tax regulations. Generally, most customers outside of Canada and Australia will not have to pay sales taxes, however specific exceptions may apply.
All subscription payments are managed by card only to support a streamlined and easy-to-manage subscription plan for our customers.

Edvisor
A 500 USD Set-Up Fee is charged. This fee includes the following services provided by Edvisor:

  • All student leads imported into your new CRM.

  • Support creating first pipelines, templates, forms, custom fields, and connecting with your partners.

  • 3 onboarding sessions with your Account Manager.
Edvisor Distribute

For customers on our Starter, Pro or Expert plans, a 500 USD Set-Up Fee is charged. This fee includes the following services provided by Edvisor:

  • Uploading of inventory to your Edvisor account in line with billing package, to include:
    • Courses
    • Accommodations
    • Add-ons
    • Packages
    • All English descriptions of all the offerings.
    • All fees by all your campuses as detailed in price lists provided by the school.
    • All fee descriptions.
    • All applicable promotions at the point of signup.

  • Training in the use of the platform including pricing management, promotions management, and connecting with partners.

  • Installation of E-commerce on your web. (Pro and Expert subscriptions only).

  • 3 onboarding sessions to get you and your team up to speed on Edvisor Distribute at the earliest opportunity.
